Dave Lewis has been working with ACT! since he was asked to write a manual for the NEW improved ACT! for Windows version 2, in the spring of 1993. Of course that meant learning ACT! for DOS. Many hours and years later, we are in the latter stages of ACT! 6. Some of the most common types of work involved, but not including all are:

  • Needs Analysis - How do you do what you do, in excruciating detail.
  • Building custom ACT! screens, up to 400 add on fields
  • Installing ACT! in multiuser environments.
  • Importing data from whatever format, including dozens of unknown old data sources.
  • ACT! addons. Act! doesn't do it? There's probably and add on product that does it
  • Custom Reports - from normal sales tracking to reports in Crystal.
  • Synchronization - We recommend one of the Web based versions of ACT!, ACT! for Web or Wired Contact.
  • Training - Dave Lewis has taught 100's of classes, from the Farmer's Coop of Plymouth NE to Sprint.
