ACT! over the Web is a way to share data with remote users. It means no synchronization via email or shared folders. After many years of setting up and supporting ACT! synchronization I have concluded that ACT! over the web is the only way to go, mostly due to the unreliability, and opportunities for users to break the synch setup. There are two products available. One is the original product, Wired Contact, made by Practical Sales Tools, an ACT! Certified Consultant company.
